DALIL BENMOUFFOK

After completing a law degree with honors and gaining multiple international experiences, Dalil Benmouffok continued his academic journey in the Master 1 Business Law program at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University (under the supervision of Pr. Michel Menjucq), following an entrepreneurial experience that sparked his interest in business law.

This path led him to join the Master 2 International Business Law program at the same university, in the Litigation and Arbitration track, where he is currently specializing in the resolution of transnational disputes.

Passionate about this field, he decided to launch a podcast channel (Arb&Cast) in collaboration with Adam Malek, a highly renowned lawyer in the domain. At the same time, he became actively involved in the communications team of the Club de l’arbitrage.

Dalil has strong skills in both domestic and international business law. He has completed internships in corporate law, data protection, and banking law, notably within BNP Paribas.

His profile is also marked by a strong international dimension: an Erasmus program at the Kapodistrian University of Athens, internships in England and Germany, professional experiences in Spain and Switzerland, as well as an academic year at Cairo University.

Bilingual in English and proficient in Arabic, Dalil navigates multicultural environments with ease and has a true vocation for international business law. Passionate about dispute resolution and banking law, he aims to combine both in his future legal career.
