HODA HOTAYEK

Hoda Otayek is a jurist with a strong passion for business law, with a particular interest in international arbitration. She is currently pursuing a Master 2 in Business Law at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, after having completed a Master 1 in Business Law. Her academic journey began at the Lebanese University, where she obtained a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Private Law.

 

Throughout her academic and professional path, Hoda has gained valuable experience within high-level legal environments. She notably completed an internship in Corporate M&A at Meysan Partners, as well as an internship in Corporate Governance at Natixis, further deepening her interest in strategic corporate operations.

 

Fluent in several languages — including French, English, Arabic, and Russian — she is particularly comfortable working in international legal settings.

 

Hoda is actively engaged in the arbitration community. She took part in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and regularly attends specialized conferences in the field. She intends to take the CRFPA in September 2025 and the Beirut Bar Exam in 2026.

 

Her professional ambition lies at the crossroads of international arbitration, business law, and commercial litigation, with a strong motivation to contribute to the resolution of complex cross-border disputes.
