Adam MALEK

Adam Malek is a French-Algerian lawyer registered with the Paris Bar. He works as an associate with De Gaulle Fleurance's International Arbitration practice n Paris.

His practice includes both commercial and investment arbitration under the auspices of leading institutions such as the ICC, CMAP, LCIA, CCJA, Swiss Arbitration Centre, and ICSID. He handles complex disputes in various sectors, including construction, mining, energy, and aerospace.

His practice also covers the recognition, enforcement, and annulment of arbitral awards, and he has developed a specific expertise of commercial litigation before French courts.

In addition to this, Adam is highly involved in the arbitration community. He is a member of Young ICCA, he launched the Arb&Cast podcast, and he served as a researcher with the Task Force on Tech Disputes, Tech Companies & International Arbitration of the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center.

Finally, Adam regularly speaks at conferences related to international arbitration and has served as a lecturer at  Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
